Shipping policy

Shipping within the Continental USA

All in stock items are shipped within approximately 5 business days. US orders ship by UPS Standard Ground or USPS depending on destination and weight of merchandise.

International orders

For all other inquiries about international shipping contact info@fferronedesign.com directly for a quote. For all orders shipped to countries outside of the US, purchasers will be responsible for all import duties and taxes.  

Acceptance of Delivery / Shipment

If the package arrives damaged, reject it and/or contact fferrone design before opening the package at info@fferronedesign.com. No refunds will be issued for any damages that occurred during shipping. If you accept a shipment for an item damaged by the shipper, you will be responsible for filing a claim with the shipper.

You are required to inspect each box of the order for damages or missing items prior to accepting your delivery. Acceptance of the delivery by you or someone acting on your behalf is your acknowledgement that the merchandise(s) as listed on the packing slip were all received and in good order.
