NON-ALCOHOLIC COCKTAIL CREATIONS FROM DOUBLE DUTCH JUST THE TONIC
Born in the Netherlands (the birthplace of gin), twins Joyce & Raissa de Haas grew up enjoying a variety of premium craft spirits which deserved to be paired with premium, flavourful mixers. Back then, interesting tonics didn’t really exist so they experimented with their own blends to try out on friends, earning them the name ‘the Tonic Twins’. After a move to England for university, their thesis quickly turned into a business plan and Double Dutch premium mixers and tonics were born.
